Megan Stewart, of Whitehall, majoring in marketing, was among 2,419 students at Coastal Carolina University who made the fall semester 2017 dean’s list.
To qualify for the dean’s list, freshmen must earn a 3.25 GPA, and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 GPA. All students must be enrolled full time.
Lebanon Valley College
More than 700 students were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Lebanon Valley College. Dean’s list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

Bob Jones University
Sarah Worsham, of Walnutport, a sophomore elementary education major, was among approximately 540 Bob Jones University students named to the fall 2017 president’s list. The president’s list recognizes students who earn a 3.75 or higher GPA for the semester.
Central Penn College
Austin Appel, of Whitehall, has been named to Central Penn College’s dean’s list for the summer 2017 term. Appel is currently majoring in information technology. To qualify for the designation, a student must carry six or more credits and earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or better for the term.
Jacob Rockovits, of Catasauqua, recently completed the physician assistant (PA) master’s degree program at King’s College, Wilkes-Barre. As part of the college’s 41st graduating PA class, he received his degree at a recent commencement ceremony.
AnaMarie Lukaitis, of Bath, received a Bachelor of Arts degree at a commencement service May 7 at Berea College, Kentucky.
Daniel Longacre, a 2011 graduate of Northampton Area High School, has graduated from the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Longacre is certified by examination by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a medical physician assistant and osteopathic physician assistant. He will be employed by Geisinger Health System as an orthopedic physician assistant in Danville.
Fairleigh Dickinson University
Rose Dietrich, of Catasauqua, is participating in Wilkes University’s marching band, the Marching Colonels. Dietrich is part of the color guard. Wilkes has the region’s only collegiate marching band. It marches in drum corps style, complete with wind and percussion instruments and guard. The Wilkes University marching band is one of the most visible groups on campus, performing at home football games and other on- and off-campus events.
