Two females harassing another female by phone in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue was reported.

A reportable accident involving two vehicles in the 2500 block of Cherryville Road occurred.

OCT. 15

Criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue brought out police. The report said the rear windshield wiper of a legally parked vehicle was broken off.

A theft from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Third Street was reported.

Police assisted a citizen at Fourth and Cypress streets.

Officers assisted Coplay police in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

The department received a report of trespassing in the 1000 block of Second Street.

Bartender charged with stealing cash

Colonial Regional

Colonial Regional Police Department was called to Bath Fire Company’s social hall Oct. 23 to investigate a report of theft.

The club board told officers it had evidence that bartender Rhonda Omelko, 63, of Stroudsburg, had stolen cash — totaling $570 — from the locked bank deposit cabinet.

According to the report, Omelko admitted to the theft and was taken into police custody. She was charged with two counts of theft, misdemeanor one offenses, police said.

A fire on Jordan Drive was reported.

Two reports of harassment were received. One happened on South Fifth Avenue and the other on Overlook Road.

Officers investigated two disabled vehicles on MacArthur Road.

On MacArthur Road, a DUI crash brought police to the scene.
