MARCH 5

In the 700 block of Railroad Street, officers investigated a report of a wire down on the roadway. PPL was notified.

On Sixth Street, an abandoned vehicle was tagged.

Tires were stolen in the 600 block of Howertown Road.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 700 block of Second Street.

A 12-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was cited at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., for disorderly conduct.

A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue. The report said a sign was knocked down. Dark blue vehicle parts were left at the scene.

Police investigated a report of theft in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue. A cellphone and debit card were taken from a residence.

In the 300 block of East 12th Street, officers responded to a report of two males causing a disturbance.

A burglar alarm in the 1100 block of Fourth Street brought police to the scene.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Grove Street was reported.

A traffic stop at Fourth and Main streets resulted in a DUI.

The department assisted Catasauqua police in the 700 block of Bethlehem Road.
