Haiven Roman, 20, of Catasauqua, was charged with an animal offense. The Front Street resident reportedly had 105 household pets running at large.

Traffic stops were conducted at Fourth and Arch streets and Front and Second streets.

The department responded to a general complaint in the 1000 block of Fourth Street.

Police monitored traffic at Front and Arch streets.

Officers sought information in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of Howertown Road.

Security checks were performed on Milton, Main and Front streets.

MacArthur Road stabbings under investigation

Whitehall Township

Whitehall Township Police Department is investigating two stabbings that occurred March 15.

According to the report, officers were called just before 5 a.m. to the 1200 block of MacArthur Road.

James L. Lucas, lieutenant of criminal investigations, said police discovered two males with stab wounds.

They are being treated at a hospital for their injuries, he added.

Charges were filed against a 13-year-old male, of Catasauqua, for possessing a weapon at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

A dispute between an employer and a former employee took place in the 100 block of Pine Street.

At Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, officers investigated a dispute.

Parking tickets were issued in the 700 block of Third Street.

A driver was cited and the vehicle towed in the 700 block of Front Street.
