Mary T. Frisina, 97, of Lynbrook, N.Y., died Sept. 15, 2012, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Frank Frisina.
Born in Stiles, she was a daughter of the late Franck and Terese (Keppel) Yandrasitz.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Hewlett, N.Y.
She is survived by a son, Frank J. and his wife Ellen; two daughters, Kathleen and her husband Robert Drago and Dolores Frisina; two grandchildren, John Anthony Norton and Jessica Frisina; a sister, Helen Betz; and a brother, William Yandrasitz.
Margaret E. Jones, 95, of Pennsburg, formerly of Allentown, died Sept. 17, 2012, at Pennsburg Manor, Pennsburg. She was the wife of the late Leighton W. Jones.
Born in Cementon, she was the daughter of the late George and Susan (Sholtz) Klimek.
She was a sewing machine operator for Brumar Ind., Allentown, for many years before retiring.
She attended St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Allentown, where she helped with the quilters' group.
She is survived by a daughter; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
Betty J. Kleppinger, 76, died Sept. 8, 2012, at Gracedale Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late Marvin and Mabel (Easterday) Kleppinger.
She worked in the office of Phoenix Clothes, Allentown.
She was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church, Cherryville, where she taught Sunday school for a number of years.
She is survived by three sisters, Emma Thurston of Butler, Naomi and her husband Alton Zigenfuss of Walnutport and Maybelle and her husband Jonathan Smith of Lebanon; nieces; and nephews.
Theresa Ann "Tess" Gerhard, 66, of North Catasauqua, died Sept.16, 2012. She was the wife of Kurt W. Gerhard.
Born in North Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Anna M. (Schlacter) and B. Jerome Gillespie.
She was a 1964 graduate of Central Catholic High School.
She recently retired from The Suburban North YMCA, Catasauqua, where she was employed for the past 22 years.
She was a member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.
Michael D. Stout, 35, of Northampton, died Sept. 17, 2012, at home.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of William P. Stout of Chaymont Bay, N.Y., and Barbara Deily of Northampton.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Glenn Deily at home; a brother, William M. Stout of Northampton; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Katie Updegrove of Northampton; and an aunt of Northampton.

Pauline H. Kuchera, 84, of Coplay, died Sept. 16, 2012, at her residence. She was the wife of the late William J. Kuchera Sr., for 53 years.
Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Joseph F. and Pauline (Schmidt) Deutsch.
She was a sewing machine operator for several local mills, retiring in 1983.
She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.
Richard "Rick" A. Spitzer, 59, of Whitehall, died Sept.17, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Leatrice; his wife; Diane; a son, Billy; and a brother, Daniel.

Violet Mae Bochrowski, 92, of South Whitehall Township, died Sept. 9, 2012, at Lehigh Center - Genesis Elder Care, Macungie. She was the wife of the late John Bochrowski.
Born in Ruchsville, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Bessie (Strauss) Bertsch.
She worked for the Quaker Shoe Factory, Allentown, for many years before retiring in 1982. Prior to that, she worked for Trojan Farms, South Whitehall Township.
She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall.
Laureen Sassano, 62, of Catasauqua, died Sept. 9, 2012, at home. She was the wife of Peter Sassano.
She was a nurse.
She helped found Parents Reaching Out to Parents (PROP), a self-help group for parents who have experienced the death of a child. She was a member of Compassionate Friends of the Lehigh Valley support group for grieving parents, where she helped collate the newsletter and wrote articles for many years.
Josephine J. (Garbulinski) Britt, 70, of Walnutport, died Sept. 6, 2012, in her home. She was the wife of Stanley J. Britt for 49 years.
Born in Nanticoke, she was a daughter of John and Helen (Yanchunas) Garbulinski.
She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Slatington.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Deborah Ann Aloia of Whitehall; three sisters, Rose Budurka of Nanticoke, Helen Bodek of Nuangola and Lori Wysocki of Swoyersville; nieces; and nephews.
