Dolores B. Schoemaker, 85, of Northampton, died Dec. 7, 2019. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Schoemaker.

She was an examiner for Modern Pants Factory for 30 years and for Cross Country Clothes for 10 years. She was a part-time waitress at the Northampton Community Center for several years.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah S. Bodnar of Northampton; and a sister, Dorothy Faut of Gilbertsville.

She was predeceased by a son-in-law, David G. Bodnar.

Dorothy R. Janscak, 88, died Nov. 30, 2019, at HCR ManorCare, Bethlehem, where she resided.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Kacsur) Janscak.

She was an executive secretary for Chevron Corporation.

She sang on the choir at her church, St. Mary’s Annunciation BVM Church, Catasauqua.

She was close to a nephew, Mark; and two nieces, Kathy and Pat.

There will be a calling time 8:30-9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 9 a.m., Dec. 14, at St. Mary’s Annunciation BVM Church, 122 Union St., Catasauqua.

Jeanette D. Barr, 96, of Catasauqua, died Dec. 6, 2019. She was the wife of the late Harold “Bud” W. Barr.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Sherman T. and Florence (Hoffman) Matchette.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Catasauqua.

She volunteered for the Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Breslin and her husband Tim; a son, Greggory and his fiancee Kerry Wagner; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, James Matchette; and a sister, Lydia Faust.

Kathleen M. Roth, 49, of Nazareth, died Dec. 1, 2019, at home after a long battle with breast cancer. She was the wife of Carl Roth for 18 years.

Born in Easton, she was a daughter of Antonia Maida, husband of Theresa of Troy, and Renee (Brannan) Maida and her companion Clarence Buskirk of Easton.

She was an Easton High School graduate. She earned an associate degree in early childhood education from Northampton Community College.

She was a pre-K teacher with Third Street Alliance, Easton, for 24 years.

Gloria Ann Reinert, 61, of Whitehall, died Dec. 2, 2019.

Born in Wilmington, Del., she was a daughter of Dorothy V. (McCloskey) and the late Donald J. Reinert.

She was a 1976 graduate of Parkland High School, Orefield. She attended Lehigh County Community College and Lincoln Technical Institute.

She was an administrative assistant at Coplay Police Department for more than 10 years. She worked part time at Boscov’s at Lehigh Valley Mall.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.

She was a seamstress for numerous companies and was a beautician for many years.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Howertown.

She worked in the garment industry for 30 years at DeVille Blouse Company.
