Osborne will discuss the importance of quality time with your children at any age through reading and sharing the joy of a visit to your local library.
Osborne is the author of "How To Be Positive, Manifesting Your Dreams and Discovering Your True Self."
The Coplay Town Watch will meet 7 p.m. Nov. 20 in borough council chambers.
