Moore Township: Fire company hosts breakfast

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, is hosting a grandparents’ breakfast 8 a.m.-noon Sept. 8.

There is a cost. Children ages 2 and under eat for free.

Point Phillips Rod & Gun Club, 1035 Smith Gap Road, is having an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8-11:30 a.m. Sept. 8. There is a cost.

A 3-D archery registration opens 7 a.m. Sept. 8.

Point Phillips is hosting a gun and meat raffle 1-5 p.m. Sept. 15. There will be prizes, guns and freezer specials. Participants must be 18 years of age and present to win. Refreshments are included.

Moore Township residents are invited to participate in a countywide electronic recycling event 9 a.m.-noon Sept. 14 at the Easton Recycling Center, 500 Bushkill Drive.

Moore Township Lions and Lioness clubs are hosting their 23rd annual car show, with craft vendors and a flea market, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Moore Township Recreation Center, English Road.

There will be food, a deejay and trophies. Donations are accepted to register vehicles. The rain date is Sept. 22.
