Catasauqua: Concerts continue

The Cody Templeton Band will perform 7-10 p.m. Aug. 9 at the amphitheater at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

As always, don’t forget those chairs, blankets and snacks.

Suburban North Family YMCA, 880 Walnut St., will hold an open house for the school-age child care programs and the preschool classroom 5-7 p.m. Aug. 14. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and take registrations.

The school-age child care programs are for students in kindergarten through sixth grade and are held in the following schools: Sheckler Elementary, Catasauqua; George Wolf Elementary, Bath; Lehigh Elementary, Lehigh Township; Moore Elementary, Moore Township; Peters Elementary, Northern Lehigh; and Siegfried Elementary, Northampton.

The preschool program is a state-licensed program held at the YMCA for children ages 3-5.

The YMCA accepts Title XX and also offer financial assistance to qualified individuals.
