William M. Franko
William M. Franko, 86, of Whitehall, died Jan. 7, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Audrey C. (Falco) Franko for 59 years.
Born in Chestnut Ridge (Royal), he was a son of the late John J. and Margaret (Meosky) Franko.
He was a Redstone High School and West Virginia University graduate.
He was an officer in the U.S. Army.
He worked in sales and marketing in the U.S. cement industry for more than five decades.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, William C. Franko and his wife Margaret DeBlasi, Matthew and his wife Lori, Bruce D. and his wife Jessica and Elizabeth and her husband Curt Paul; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Mark and his wife Carol Franko; a sister, Kathy and her husband John Dini; and a sister-in-law, Bernadine “Pinky” Franko.
He was predeceased by a brother, John “Jack” Franco.
There will be a visitation 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10:30 a.m., Jan. 11 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1046 W. Cedar St., Allentown.
