Northampton Area Public Library: Medicare, Medicaid programs planned
A Medicare 101 program will be held 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at Northampton Area Public Library.

Learn how to navigate through the public marketplace to get insurance with an Affordable Care Act and Medicaid information session 1 p.m. Nov. 3.
To celebrate National Novel Writing Month, the Northampton library will provide writing space for writers to work on their novels. Join us 6 p.m. every Monday in November.
The first date will be Nov. 5.
There will be a Nailed It — Cupcake Challenge held 6 p.m. Nov. 12. Participants will decorate cupcakes to look like what is provided, just like on the Netflix show.
Bring your decorating skills and a sense of humor to this event. The winner gets a prize!
Make soap to give as gifts or keep for yourself during a teen soap-making program, set for 3 p.m. Nov. 14.
The library is hosting a book bingo 10 a.m. Nov. 17 for any child up to and including fifth grade.
Play and win new or slightly used books. An adult must accompany any child needing assistance.
Play and build with the library’s block and building collection during a program 10 a.m. Nov. 20. The event is recommended for children ages 2 and up, who must be accompanied by an adult.
No registration is required.
Join the Friends of the Northampton Area Public Library group for its Sip and Shop event 6-8 p.m. Nov. 30.
Shop from vendors including Paparazzi Jewelry, Tastefully Simple, Scentsy and more.
