Moore Township: Blueberry festival is scheduled for July 14 at Salem

Salem United Church of Christ, 2218 Community Drive, Moorestown, is hosting a blueberry festival 3-9 p.m. July 14. There will be food, games, a 50/50 prize raffle, bingo, a cake walk and live music. If weather is inclement, food will be sold in the church 3-7 p.m.

Salem UCC will also hold a flea market in the church grove July 21. Food will be available. Vendors, call 610-759-5780 for a table or space.

The church is hosting Vacation Bible School 6-8 p.m. July 23-27. The theme is “Rolling River Rampage with Romper the River Otter.” Register at

Point Phillips Rod & Gun Club, 1035 Smith Gap Road, is offering a hunter’s safety course 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. July 14. All participants must register at before attending.

The club also has trap league open to the public 10-11 a.m. every Saturday.
