Coplay police responded to these and other calls recently.

JAN. 15

Police responded to a report of a lost wallet in the parking lot of Paulie’s Family Restaurant, 1214 Chestnut St.

The department performed a welfare check in the 100 block of South Eighth Street.

A parking complaint in the unit block of North Fifth Street was received.

JAN. 16

Police were on the scene of a vehicle lockout at the gas station at Giant, 202 Chestnut St.

Officers handled a vehicle lockout in the unit block of Stonewood Place for Catasauqua police.

The department responded to a parking complaint in the 100 block of Coplay Street.

An abandoned vehicle in the unit block of South Fourth Street was investigated.

Police received a report of a vehicle blocking the road in the 100 block of Brown Alley.

A fire alarm at Giant, 202 Chestnut St., brought officers to the scene.

A theft of money in the unit block of South Front Street was investigated.

The department received a request for assistance with a civil matter in the 300 block of North Ruch Street.

Suspicious noises in the unit block of South Second Street were reported.

A hit-and-run accident in the 100 block of North Second Street brought police to the scene.
