Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

MAY 22

In the 600 block of Limestone Street, a dispute between a mother and daughter brought out police.

Police investigated a protection-from-abuse case in the 200 block of Front Street.

Four no parking signs were issued in the 400 block of Prospect Street, the department said.

Sixteen parking tickets were filed at the department, 118 Bridge St.

Officers assisted Whitehall police with a report of a hit and run in the 500 block of Front Street.

At Kline’s Auto Service, 806 Race St., the theft of cash brought out police to investigate.

MAY 23

Thirty-two parking tickets were filed at the department, 118 Bridge St.

Police responded to a report of an individual wanting to jump off the Pine Street Bridge. The person was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg.

A juvenile was reported missing in the 600 block of Front Street.

Harassing text messages received in the 700 block of Front Street were reported to police.

In the 100 block of Howertown Road, a vehicle parked in the driveway was moved.

A neighbor dispute brought police to the 400 block of Limestone Street.

On Front Street, harassment by an ex-boyfriend brought police to the scene.

Officers assisted Lehigh County Drug Task Force on Walnut Street.

Police assisted Coplay officers with a warrant service in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged on Walnut Street.

MAY 24

At Catasauqua Highrise, 534 Third St., an individual playing the guitar loudly was reported to police.

In the 700 block of Second Street, items found were returned to the owner.

A hazardous condition on Race Street was reported to police.

In the 200 block of Church Street, a loud group of people was reported to the department.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police sought information regarding custody and a protection-from-abuse order.

Twenty-seven parking tickets were filed at the department, 118 Bridge St.

MAY 25

Possible code violations were reported in the 200 block of Wood Street. The case was referred to code enforcement.

Officers assisted Allentown police in the 400 block of Race Street for a runaway.

On Lehigh Street, there was a disabled truck in the roadway. The truck was towed by Force One.

Police assisted county detectives in the 200 block of Wood Street.

In the 200 block of Front Street, police sought information regarding a possible protection-from-abuse violation.

A 23-year-old female, of Catasauqua, was cited for allowing a dog to run loose and for having a large number of household pets.

At Catasauqua Band Hall, 208 Front St., a vehicle window was smashed.

On Front Street, a protection-from-abuse order was served.

MAY 26

In the 700 block of Second Street, a bicycle was found.

Police located a vehicle for Allentown officers in the 100 block of Church Street.

A dispute between children in the 800 block of Church Street brought out police.

On American Street, an individual was cited regarding a parking violation.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend brought out police.

A 38-year-old male in the 700 block of Front Street was cited for his dog biting and for having a large number of household pets.

MAY 27

A 21-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was arrested at M & B Market, 410 Second St., for robbery, threats, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.

Officers said a shed lock was stolen on Front Street.

An issue between a landlord and tenant brought police to the 400 block of Front Street.

Police sought information in the 400 block of Front Street.

In the 500 block of Pine Street, bicycles were stolen and later located.

Officers assisted a citizen who fell at Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St.

The theft of a lawn mower in the 200 block of St. John Street was reported to the department.

Police assisted the fire department with a dwelling fire on Faith Drive. The investigation is continuing.

In the 100 block of Bridge Street, police responded to a civil issue regarding a vehicle sale.

On Faith Drive, a driver was cited, police said.

MAY 28

An arson investigation in the 300 block of Bridge Street is continuing, the department said.

Officers assisted a citizen who fell in the 200 block of Circle Drive.

An investigation is continuing for a vehicle fire that occurred in the 400 block of St. John Street.

A vehicle was tagged on Cambridge Place.

A groundhog on the Pine Street Bridge was captured and released, police said.

MAY 29

In the 100 block of South Front Street, a bat in an apartment was reported.

Officers assisted the fire department on Faith Drive.

A bicycle was found at Catty Beverage, 18 W. Race St.

In the 700 block of Third Street, police responded to a report of harassing text messages received. The suspect was warned.

Identity fraud in the 2200 block of Fleur Lane was reported to police.

MAY 30

In the 600 block of Walnut Street, a problem with a juvenile son occurred.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police responded to a noise complaint.

Fraud in the 200 block of Edward Lane was reported to police.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 500 block of Fourth Street brought out officers.

A vehicle was tagged on Race Street.

On Second Street, five no parking signs were issued.

Three no parking signs were issued in the 600 block of Limestone Street.

In the 300 block of Wood Street, 10 no parking signs were issued, police said.

MAY 31

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 400 block of Tioga Street brought out police.

A stolen vehicle was recovered on Race Street. The case was referred to Lehigh County Auto Theft Task Force.

A vehicle was ticketed in the 100 block of Second Street.

In the 400 block of Bridge Street, police responded to a report of a juvenile not going to school.

In the 100 block of Railroad Street, a vehicle was tagged.

A vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Railroad Street.

JUNE 1

At Catasauqua Highrise, 534 Third St., a vehicle was moved when police investigated a parking complaint.

Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Poplar Street for a VIN verification.

At Silver Manor, 2 Front St., police assisted Lower Saucon officers in making contact with an individual.

In the 300 block of Bridge Street, two bicycles were removed from a porch.

A hit and run occurred to a parked vehicle in the 100 block of Race Street, police said. Officers were unable to locate the offending vehicle.

In the 100 block of Front Street, a fence was damaged.

A civil issue between a mother and son occurred in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

Vehicles were tagged in the 100 block of Canal Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police with a fire investigation in the 1100 block of Front Street.

At Catasauqua Highrise, 534 Third St., officers assisted the fire department.

Police arrested a 39-year-old woman at Pantry One, 822 Race St., for a DUI offense.

Officers sought information regarding a protection-from-abuse violation on Faith Drive.

JUNE 2

Police said a vehicle was moved at the Catasauqua Borough Public Works building, 835 Walnut St.

In the 400 block of Bridge Street, an ID card was found.

Police conducted a welfare check on Front Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police with a warrant service in the 1000 block of Front Street.

JUNE 3

A dispute between a father and son occurred in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

The department received a noise complaint in the 300 block of Church Street.

A theft investigation at Catasauqua American Legion, 330 Second St., is continuing.

In the 100 block of South 11th Street, the department received a noise complaint.

JUNE 4

At Sunnyside Coin Laundry, 413 Front St., members of the department investigated a noise complaint.

In the 100 block of American Street, bicycles were stolen.

In the 600 block of Front Street, an ex-boyfriend harassing a victim brought out police.

A dispute between a husband and wife on Pine Street brought out police.

In the 500 block of Howertown Road, a bicycle was found, police said.
