Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

MAY 19

Officers assisted the Northampton County sheriff’s office with a protection-from-abuse service in the 200 block of Front Street.

In the 500 block of Howertown Road, police assisted with a report of a protection-from-abuse violation.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a problem between two juveniles brought out police.

An assault in the 200 block of Second Street was reported to police. The investigation is continuing regarding a 16-year-old male from Catasauqua.

An animal complaint brought police to the 300 block of Edward Lane. A male was chased by a dog and fell, the department said.

A dispute over a parking space brought police to Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

Officers sought vehicle repossession information in the 700 block of Third Street.

A suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Railroad Street was reported. The plate was seized, police said.

A cellphone was found at Catasauqua Park & Playground, 501 American St.

MAY 20

The department reported an animal cruelty investigation is continuing regarding a residence in the 400 block of Second Street.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 200 block of Wood Street.

At Catasauqua Band Hall, 208 Front St., police sought information regarding a protection-from-abuse order.

A dog barking at a residence in the 500 block of Pine Street was reported to police.

A juvenile was reported missing from the 400 block of Front Street.

MAY 21

On Sumner Avenue, police assisted Whitehall officers with a report of a motor vehicle crash.

A neighbor dispute in the 200 block of Bridge Street brought out police.

An intoxicated person was reported in the 400 block of Front Street. The suspect had an outstanding warrant and was taken to central booking.

A hit and run occurred in the 400 block of Second Street.

In the 600 block of Howertown Road, police assisted North Catasauqua officers.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 400 block of Erie Street.

On Pine Street, two vehicles were involved in a motor vehicle accident.

In the 400 block of Howertown Road, two bicycles were reported stolen. One was returned, police said.

In the 100 block of South 13th Street, police investigated a property damage report.

Members of the department assisted Allentown detectives in the 100 block of School Street.
