Bible schools hosted

Salem United Church of Christ, 2218 Community Drive, is hosting "weird animals" vacation Bible school July 14-18.

All kids preschool age through sixth grade are welcome.

Each night will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. The program ends by 8:30 p.m.

Moore Township Police Association is sponsoring a golf tournament and dinner at Whitetail Golf Course on July 19 with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

Covenant United Methodist Church, 2715 Mountain View Drive, has story time every Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 11 a.m. through Aug. 13.
