PRESS PHOTO BY ELSA KERSCHNER On June 14 the Experimental Aircraft Association, which meets at the Slatington Airport, took youth from ages 8 to 17 for 20-minute flights. Some of the youth also took a turn flying the aircraft. Morgan Mullen and Capri Desaverio, both of Cherryville, flew individually with pilot John Bergeron. Morgan's brother, Caleb, will be getting his student pilot's license as soon as he turns 16. The association also helps anyone interested in flying as a career get a license.
