PTA President Sandy Bishof welcomes winners and their families to the annual PTA Reflections award ceremony Nov. 13 at Siegfried in Northampton. The theme for this year's contest was "Believe, Dream, Inspire."
Medals are displayed at the annual PTA Reflections Ceremony at Siegfried Elementary. The categories for the contest, sponsored by the PTA, include visual arts, photography, literature and music with divisions according to grade level.
