Amelia R. Schultes, 71, of North-ampton, died Dec. 4, 2013, in her residence. She was the wife of the late Donald W. Schultes.

Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late Marvin and Isella (Unangst) Paulus.

She was a graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing. She was a licensed practical nurse and worked for more than 20 years at Lehigh Valley Hospital and in private practice in home health care.

She was a member of Zion Stone United Church of Christ, Northampton, where she was a Sunday school teacher.

She is survived by two sons, Brian K. and his wife Cynthia and Bruce D. and his wife Dorothea D.; two brothers, Dale and his wife Sandy Paulus, and Keith and his wife Kimberly; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Paulus; two grandchildren, Seth and Hope; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Alton "Buddy" Paulus.

A calling hour is scheduled for 10-11 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m., both Dec. 12, at the church, 51 Church Road, Northampton, 18067.
