Louise Stefany Rissmiller, 57, of Martins Creek, died Nov. 8, 2013, at home. She was the wife of Patrick M. Rissmiller for 17 years.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Betty L. (Stefany) Mac Adam of Hokendauqua and the late Carl D. Snyder and the late Ranald R. Mac Adam.

She was a 1974 graduate of Whtiehall High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Kutztown University.

She was a computer programmer for Cigna at the Easton outpout distribution center.

She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Coplay.

She was a 39-year member and was currently the secretary of the Rose Croix Chapter 235, Order of the Eastern Star, North Catasauqua.

In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by two stepchildren, Shanna and her husband Ethan Porter of Spokane, Wash., and Christopher and his wife Michelle Rissmiller and their daughter Liliana of Philadelphia; a sister, Karen J. Snyder of Allentown; a brother, Brian T. Snyder of Orefield; and a half sister, Chris Snyder of California.
