Covenant United Methodist Church to host Rally Day

Covenant United Methodist Church, 2715 Mountain View Drive (Route 946), will hold its annual Rally Day Sunday, Sept. 8.

One service is scheduled for 10 a.m. in the pavilion, weather permitting. A picnic follows, from noon to 3 p.m. with a deejay and games for the entire family.

Point Phillips Rod and Gun Club, 1035 Smith Gap Road, will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8:30-11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 8.

Moore Township Lions and Lioness will hold its 17th annual Car Show Sunday, Sept. 15, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Moore Township Recreation Center, located on English Road.

Moore Township Athletic Association will host the NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Competition Sunday, Sept. 15 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Moore Township Recreation Center football field.
