Allentown Central Catholic grad

Thomas W. Paxson, 74, of Allentown, died Feb. 6, 2013, at Cedarbrook. He was the husband of Maryrose (Donahue) Paxson for 52 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late William A. and Hilda E. (Roth) Paxson.

He was a 1956 graduate of Allentown Central Cathoilic High School.

He was in the U.S Army.

He was a technician in the plating department of General Electric, Allentown. He retired in 2000 from the former Southeastern Clinical Laboratories where he was a courier.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Ann Paxson and Karen Beth and her husband Richard Jennings Jr., all of Allentown; a son, Thomas R. and his wife Cindy of South Whitehall Township; and five grandchildren, Ashley and her husband Adam Hennessey, Melissa and her husband Ben Snyder, and Samantha, Daniel and John Jennings.

Contributions may be made payable to Maryrose Paxson to be used for the purchase of a Cedarbrook Alzheimer's unit tribute.
